Unfortunately, the Point of Interest (POI) Databases provided by
Navteq (or Teleatlas, Zenrin…) have a very poor quality (missing
POI, out-of-date data…).

To solve this problem, GPS users have the possibility to upload, onto their GPS, POI file that they have gathered on the web.

What are, in US and Europe, the solutions to add POI data into a GPS, I mean:
- POI download center website (egg http://poiplace.oabsoftware.nl/)
- off-Board real-time services (egg parking real time information)

I would like to have the more complete list than possible, whatever GPS brand I use.

Not likely. The most common GPS navigation systems only receives signals from satellites in orbit to determine your position. Unless there was a transmitter in your unit that would relay your information back up to the satellites no one could track you.

It would be easier to track you by your cell phone.

Get a good stereo!
One with a subwoofer!
Scratch that two subwoofers!
And 5.1 surround sound!
